The three July 2007 fillies shown on this page will be weaned the first of 2008 unless an interested buyer steps forward before then. All prices will go up March 2008 once they have more handling!

Miss Madyson Avenue -- "Maddie"

Finally we were present at a birth! And Little Maddie still greets everyone of us as she did that first hot July evening ... just a charmer. Maddie is going to be a big girl; her sister, Fancy Lea's Folly, is not yet two and is huge, outpacing her older cousins' growth. Maddie looks like she will be a bay. Kate's A Native -- "Kate"

Kate was the first one weaned of "las tres amigas," and had a sour attitude about the whole thing. She gave Karen a great gift: many lessons learned in how a horse processes information, learns and trusts. It took 30 days to turn Kate from an unfriendly and decidedly unapproachable, opinionated filly, to a cuddle bug who not only seeks attention and thrives on it, but trusts Karen implicitly and does everything asked of her, old or new. Not only that, Karen uses Kate to calm down the older and bigger weanlings when they get excited about something. She is already displaying a sane mind and is not scared of much (we're working on the umbrellas!)

Kate is definitely a bay with what appears to be a dark or black star on her forehead. She has a short back and solid build. She will likely not be a huge horse, but nice sized with an educated guess of around 16h. Abbie and Bambi are her full sisters, and both of them are calm, pleasant, and lovely to work with, with lovely gaits for all disciplines. Kate is eligible for PHR. Aliant's Flame  -- "Allie"

There has to be a favorite -- Allie is it. She totally has her mom's sweet and affectionate personality. She decided to take her time showing up, no hurries ... a good 3 weeks after the others. Yet she towers over them now! Big-boned like her mom, with more of a warmblood look than TB. Allie is a charmer! Allie is definitely going to be a big girl, and very strong. She dragged poor Odessa around the pasture during rope training when she was only 4 months old! Allie likes like she will be a bay, with a big beautiful white star on her forehead.
