New!! Registered Longhorns For Sale

Gabriel del Sol, aka "Gabe", TLBAA # B75724

Gabe at 7 months.
Gabe is a yearling registered Longhorn with champion bloodlines, both his grandfather (HD Leading Edge, # BA56206) and great-grandfather (Jet Jockey, BT35221) are show champions. We have owned Gabe since he was 6 months old and he is extremely gentle; however, just remember that a bull is still a bull! Gabe was our first herd member (brand TK1) but we have decided that we are not equipped for Longhorn cattle, acreage-wise and time for handling. Gabe is currently pastured with a two-year old heifer (see "Summer Love," below) and her calf. Summer may be bred, but we don't know if it is by Gabe or her previous pasture bull, so we can't say that Gabe is "proven" (although he is still very young).

Gabe at one year.

Gabe does not have the biggest horns, nor will he. His bloodline is known for confirmation for show purposes, not horn length. Please contact Tom at tom@oneironhorsefarm.com for more information.

J-B Summer Love, TLBAA #C225741

We've owned Summer since July 2006, when we purchased her and her baby calf (birthdate 6/06) as companions for Gabe. Summer is two years old, and this baby female was her first calf. By this account she throws nice babies, and she, unlike Gabe, does boast impressive horns. Gabe has adopted these two as his own family, and we would love to sell them together (at a discount).

Longhorn Calf, registration-eligible (7 months old)

Not yet named. We will sell the calf separately; however, we would prefer to sell the three together at a significant discount. A discount will also be offered if the buyer arranges their own delivery. Please contact Tom at tom@oneironhorsefarm.com; or call 512-657-2087.

17" Leather Western Saddles - Almost New
Will sell both for $550.00!! With nice thick pads.

Two nice-looking Mexican leather saddles, hardly used. The black one was used about six times and has a tear in the billet holder. It comes with a nice breastplate, back "bucking" girth and simple headstall and reins. We will also throw in a slightly used blanket.

The brown one was used once. It has no breastplate but we are selling it with a new girth and nice blanket.

These are not the highest quality saddles but are very nice for pleasure or ranch riding, or to preserve your show saddles. We are selling them because we mostly use English and they don't fit our trail horses very well; they are good for narrow or high-withered horses.

Please make sure these saddles fit your horses! With a deposit, you can take them and try them for 24 hours, provided they are returned in the same condition.

Black leather saddle with breastplate, back girth, headstall and reins, also thick saddle blanket: $300.00

Brown leather saddle with cinch, back girth, and saddle blanket: $275.00

Keifer 2-horse BP Thoroughbred Trailer
$550 *FIRM*
Nice, tall 2-horse bumper pull. This is being sold "as is" because it has a dent on the outside front and also the tack room door is banged up -- it came open in a storm and the wind blew it, so we have to tie it shut. It needs a simple hook and eye or some type of latch to secure it. But functionally it is in great shape; we've seen others for twice the price or more. We just bought this last summer for $950 and used it four or five times. It is terrific for small and medium sized horses and ponies and is nice and tall. We've even hauled our goats in it! New floor and tires; farm plates good until October.
 *** SOLD! ***

21' Stock Trailer. Tack Room. $3500.00
This stock trailer is in good shape, it has a good floor and mats, and good tires. We bought it and had a tack room put in, with the idea of putting in some slants, opening up a few windows for more ventilation, but just don't have the time. It's in good enough shape to make a good project, with some time and not too much money you could easily double your money. It doesn't have enough ventilation for horses in Texas, it was used to haul llamas from Oregon and the owner didn't want to pay someone to drive it back. It's 7' feet tall and has some neat features for water, etc. It could even be a nice conversion trailer for living quarters. We would also consider a trade for an ATV or Gator-type vehicle with cart suitable for hauling hay bales.

Brand New Devon-Aire Dress Boots, Still in Box!
Ladies Size 8-1/2, $100 OBO (plus shipping if required)

I bought these dress boots for Amanda about 3 years ago, but she prefers field boots to dress boots and never even tried them on. Nice boots for dressage or hunter/jumper (allowed in both).
